Our unique, community-based program is designed specifically for individuals experiencing a variety of difficulties as a result of a brain injury. Brain Injury Support Services: One of the first in its kind in the country, the Brain Injury Support Services program at Community Partnerships, Inc. helps individuals who have sustained a brain injury work toward gainful employment.

Group Homes These homes are located in neighborhoods throughout western Massachusetts, and each is designed to provide the kind of comfortable atmosphere we would want for anyone we love. The Community Brain Injury Service is a Psychology led multidisciplinary service that provides specialist neurorehabilitation to adults who have experienced an acquired brain injury.

The Visual Arts Center of Richmond has partnered with Community Brain Injury Services since 2014 to provide visual arts programming to survivors of brain injury through a program called the Sharon Siegel Visual Arts Program. The Brain Injury Waiver offers Home and Community-Based Services to participants with traumatic brain injuries who are between the ages of 21 and 65 that require nursing home level of care.
